The 5 balconies or terraces of the spacious house invite you to enjoy the wonderful view over the roofs of the small town and the river mouth of the Arade. The charming apartment with one bedroom in the upper part of the house, has a large, recently renovated open kitchen with adjoining dining area, a guest toilet, a friendly bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower bathroom, a cozy living room with another bathroom with shower and sofa bed and a sun terrace the roof.

The apartment is within walking distance of the Ferragudos market square with its cozy restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. The first beach, Praia Grande, is only a 10-minute walk away. Parking is available near the house. Pets allowed on request. The house is a non-smoking property.
