This pretty apartment has about 70 m² living space. It is located on the 1st floor of a six party building in the popular individual holiday resort "Ferragudo Valley". It is only a few steps to the "Praia Grande", also the centre of Ferragudo is within walking distance. The complex is very well maintained. The pool (6 m X 20 m) has different depth ranges, additionally a children's pool is available. The apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished and has a small balcony facing south with views of the hinterland. The large roof terrace is equipped with a barbecue and sunbeds. The living area is comfortably designed with a sitting area, a dining area and a large TV. A sofa bed can also be used. In the bedroom there is a double bed (size: 160 cm x 200 cm). There is parking space directly in front of the apartment. An air conditioner can also be used. Pets are not allowed
