This simple but very practical furnished apartment Rosylu has about 50 m2 of living space and is located on the lower floor of an apartment building with private entrance. The distance to the market place of Ferragudo is about 500 m. It is a typical Portuguese residential area near the popular restaurant FARRAGOOD. The apartment has been furnished in 2018 with lots of new furniture. On the cosy (private) terrace with southern exposure you can have breakfast and also barbecue. In the living - dining area you can use air conditioning. To the beach Praia Grande you need about 15 minutes by foot. Parking is possible in the immediate vicinity. Pets are allowed on request, smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
