Luxurious sunny apartment, finished in 2004 (area approx.. 60 square metres) situated on the 1st floor of small Apartment house (6 parties) and has 2 balconies, the south balcony offers a nice sea view.
Centrally situated in top part of Ferragudo in a calm residential area. Children can play in around the house area. The decorations and furnishing is very tasteful and a combination of antique and modern. The apartment is generally very well equipped and has in some rooms under floor heating. At the back is a nice garden with a large pool for joint use with sun beds.

The main square in Ferragudo is about 300 metres away. To the beach of “Praia Grande” you need no more than 5 minutes on foot.
