Stylish 3-room flat in a prime location about 150 metres from the beach. From the very large balcony with large dining table and lounge furniture you have a beautiful view of the estuary and the authentic fishing village of Ferragudo. Here it is very good to linger in the warm summer evenings. The flat is very spacious with its approx. 180 m2 and has a shady patio terrace at the back. The bedrooms have an extra large double bed, a normal double bed and a bunk bed. It is located on the first floor (with lift) in a very well maintained building and is fully equipped. Many cosy restaurants and bars are within walking distance .
To the beach "Praia Grande" it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the centre of Ferragudo and about 2 minutes to the market place. There is a parking space at the house. Pets are not allowed, also smoking is not allowed. As there are sufficient heating possibilities, including air-conditioning, the flat is also suitable in the somewhat fresher winter months .
