The apartment JULIA, newly furnished in 2017, is located on the ground floor of a building with four parties. It is located in the new development Quinta do Poço, about 500 metres east outside Ferragudo / Algarve. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the central square of Ferragudo. It is a very quiet residential area. Good playing facilities for children (small playground nearby). It is tastefully furnished in a modern style and has a covered terrace. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds - from here you have a view of the green country side of Ferragudo. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach Praia Grande. Parking is available directly in front of the apartment in the street. The flat is well suited for long winter lets (special prices depending on duration). Pets on request.
Very good to combine with the similar flat Michele, which is on the 1st floor above for larger companies.
