The RICA VITA holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the mill hill of the old fishing village of Ferragudo in the Algarve. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearby sandy beaches, as well as the historic centre with its main square surrounded by numerous restaurants through picturesque alleys. In the small shops along the way you will find food of high freshness and quality. Watch the small boats landing their catch at the fishing harbour. Fresh from the net, you can choose the fruits of the sea in the market hall on the quay. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
The RICA VITA awaits you. The flat is at ground level and can be reached without steps. Via a small entrance area you enter the comfortable living room with approx. 25m², which opens onto the approx. 38m² south-facing terrace and garden. The south-facing bedroom with twin beds of approx. 14m² also has a separate entrance from the terrace. The en-suite bathroom with a size of approx. 5m² has a washstand, a toilet, a bidet and a large shower. Another small shower room of approx. 3,5m² can be reached from the anteroom, just like the second bedroom with twin beds on the north side of approx. 11m². The two south-facing rooms are equipped with modern air conditioning and satellite TV. Also from the entrance area you reach the approx. 11m² large extensively equipped kitchen.
