The old town house Casa Belavista, built in Portuguese style, is located in the centre of Ferragudo in the beautiful Algarve. The altogether 5 balconies or terraces of the generous house invite you to enjoy the wonderful view over the roofs of the small village and the estuary of the river Arade. The charming house with one bedroom in the upper part of the house, has a large, new, open kitchen with adjoining dining area, a guest toilet, a friendly bedroom with a double bed, 2 modern shower bathrooms, a cosy living room as well as a sun terrace on the roof. In the lower basement studio there is a second bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette with a small dining area, a pleasantly large bathroom as well as an fairly private terrace with table, chairs and barbecue outside. The apartment has its own direct access and can also be rented separately (Estrela do Sol).

The house is located within a few steps to the market place of Ferragudo with its cosy restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. The beach Praia Grande is only a 10 minutes walk away, parking is available near the house. Pets allowed on request. The house is a non-smoking object.
