The white palm castle is a Moorish-style corner house on a hill in a beautiful holiday complex on the outskirts of the village of Sesmarias. To the famous seaside resort Carvoeiro it is about 3 km and the distance to the picturesque fishing village Ferragudo is about 4 km. To the sea it is about 3 km, to the golf course about 2 km. A very nice and spacious swimming pool (about 30m from the house) can be used by the house guests. A supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Some of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve are nearby. From the 100 m² roof terrace you have a wonderful view to the mountains in the north, the surrounding garden landscapes with palm trees and flowers and down to a pre-aged plain which extends to the Atlantic Ocean. The house has a level south terrace with palm trees and a brick barbecue, a shady north terrace and a private planted garden. Furthermore, the lawn in front of and next to the house can be used.
The house has a large carport and two additional parking spaces in the driveway. Further parking possibilities are available nearby.
