This attractive house with approx. 85 m² is located in a very nicely designed development area just outside Ferragudo near the lighthouse "Aldeia do Farol". It is only a few minutes walk from Praia dos Caneiros and Praia do Pintadinho on a hardly used road. The interior is modern and tasteful, also suitable for children. In the living room there is an additional sofa bed. Im 1. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with three beds, well suited for somewhat larger families. From the different balconies and the roof terrace you have a very nice view over the Atlantic Ocean. In front and behind the house there are gardens with garden furniture, barbecue and children's toys. The market place of Ferragudo is about 2 km away. Parking at the house or under the carport.
