This well-maintained mid-terrace house in south-west location is situated in the upper part of a private terraced house complex built into the slope, about 2 kilometres from the idyllic fishing village of Ferragudo, near the lighthouse "Aldeia do Farol". The immediate vicinity of one of the most famous beaches of the Algarve, "Praia dos Caneiros" and two other popular beaches "Praia do Pintadinho" and "Praia de Mole", which are also within walking distance in a few minutes, offers our guests a unique location. Parking possibilities are directly in front of the house and in the front garden in front of the (private) garage. Several restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The approx. 85 m² large house has 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, each with a double bed and a balcony. On the roof terrace, which is sheltered from the wind and has a wonderful all-round view of the sea and the hinterland, there is a bricked barbecue area. The house has a beautiful ingrown south-west terrace with awning and direct access to the living room and spacious kitchen. The house is well heatable and also in the off-season very attractive.

The house is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed.
