This cozy villa is located opposite the beach "Praia Grande" in a dead end street with great views over the landscape and the Atlantic Ocean. The villa was completely renovated in 2014, using a lot of natural stone. This fascinating object is situated in an idyllic location, about 50 m away from the beach. Especially worth mentioning is the spacious outdoor terrace with large pool, shaded area and barbecue area. The 3 bedrooms have double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m with individual toppers). The pool measures approx. 10 m x 6 m with a depth range from 1.00 m to 2.20 m. The centre of Ferragudo with its popular main square place is about 10 - 15 minutes walk away. The next fantastic bathing beaches "Praia do Pintadinho" and "Praia dos Caneiros" can be reached by car in a few minutes (approx. 1.5 - 2 km). The garage in the basement is privately used by the owner. You will find parking possibilities directly at the house.
