1. Area of application
The travel conditions apply to renting and the duration of the renting of holidays objects of the mediation agency BEROLI - Rolf Antes, Apartado 72, Rua 25 de Abril, 40, 8401-906 Lagoa/Ferragudo, Algarve/Portugal
2. Services
The range of the contractual services results from the specifics for each holidays object individually in accordance to the pictures and descriptions shown or seen on the Internet site. In particular here is indicated the relevance towards free disposition and use of bed linen, towels, the consumption of electricity, water and gas, as well as the final cleaning of the object relevant. Guests arriving between 7 am and 11 pm will be awaited in our service office for handing out the keys and accompaniament to the accomodation. With arrivals outside this time frame we have to charge 20 € extra for this key service. The holidays object can only be inhabited by the in the travel confirmation specified number of adults and children. Offences against these rules lead to immediate excerpt.
Pets can only be permitted with written confirmation.
The indicated arrival and departure dates are binding. The accommodation is in principal to be cleared on departure day until 10 am, therefor the final cleaning for the next customer can take place.
3. Prices
Data of the rental prices per accommodation unit are final prices, in these are included all additional expenses for electricity, water, gas as well as bed linen and towels, if not otherwise indicated. Not included are local tourist taxes.
A unique final cleaning fee is due in relation to size of accommodation.
4. Payments
With conclusion of the contract of the booking and receipt of written reservation confirmation by us, a pre-payment at a value of 30 % of the rental sum is due. The payment of final balance is to be carried out until at the latest 4 weeks before / or upon arrival and will be passed on to the owners.
5. Resignation by the customer
The customer can withdraw at any time before arrival date. The entrance of the declaration of withdrawal is relevant. This can take place in writing or verbally. Does the customer not travel, then can require the agency an appropriate replacement for the met travel precautions and for its expenditures. We recommend the conclusion of a travel expenses resignation insurance.
The resignation costs amount to:
- until 76 days before arrival date 10 % of the travel price
- until 45 days before arrival date 20 % of the travel price
- until 30 days before arrival date 50 % of the travel price
- as from 29 days before arrival date 70 % of the travel price
- with resignation on arrival date 80 % of the travel price
6. Damages in the holiday accommodation
The customer is obligated, to report damages in the holiday accommodations immediate to BEROLI in the service office in Ferragudo. The customer is in principle liable for any damages, which are caused by them. Indemnification of damages have to take place locally.
7. Guarantee/compensation
If services are not duly provided, the customer can require compensation. Compensation can also be created in form of equivalent alternatives. Objections to the accommodation are immediate to report to the service office of BEROLI All complaints concerning the accommodation or services must be made valid within a month after the contractual departure date. Complaints after expiration of the term requirements can be made only valid, after proven prevention not blameable on customer. Complaints and requirements fall under the statute of limitations six months after the contractually agreed departure date. Area of jurisdiction is Portugal
